Full-time outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care in a clinic setting, improving patient mobility and function. The role supports evidence-based treatment plans and patient education in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as directed Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current California PTA licensure Basic Life Support certification
