$40-$45 Per Hour We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Novato, CA through Therapy HCR. This is an excellent opportunity for PTAs looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive rehabilitation setting while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance activities, strengthening, and functional activities. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment. Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques, safety, and prescribed home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Participate in care planning and support patient-centered rehabilitation goals. Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. SNF experience preferred, but not required. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
