Independent contractor (1099) home health opportunity with flexible scheduling and per-visit compensation.

Compensation:

$55-$70 per visit, based on experience and visit type. We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing Home Health Therapy team. This opportunity allows you to build a schedule around your availability while providing high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. Coverage Area Including the following areas: Riverside Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatment in patients' homes under the established PT plan of care. Carry out therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and other appropriate interventions. Help patients improve mobility, strength, safety, independence, and overall function. Monitor patient progress and communicate significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Collaborate with the supervising PT, nursing, and interdisciplinary care team. Complete accurate and timely visit documentation using our electronic documentation system. Manage your assigned geographic territory while maintaining excellent patient care. What We Offer Competitive per-visit compensation of $55-$70 , depending on experience and visit type.
