Job Description

We are looking for an Chiropractic Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and practical tasks to support our Doctor, if you are too skilled to be willing to sanitize a medical table between patients, read no further. Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing cloud based software.
Cloud computing applications include:
patient booking appointments and daily schedules, electronic health records, collecting fees and setting up automatic payments, computerized stress tests, and editing videos for online formats. To be successful in this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our Doctor and patient base. Responsibilities Act as the point of contact among doctors, patients and other external partners Operate high speed vibration therapy on major muscle groups for patients Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage practitioner's calendars and schedule Format information for internal and external communication - texts, emails, presentations, reports Take notes during patient visits and professional meetings Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Organize and maintain the office filing system Skills Work experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, or in the wellness industry Knowledge of general anatomy, and medical abbreviations. Excellent MS Office knowledge, multiple forms of cloud computing. Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality and punctuality
