• Simi Valley, CA Simi Spine & Wellness is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our growing team.

We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic and wellness office. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can provide every patient with a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will work directly with the doctor and our team to help provide excellent patient care and keep the office running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Greet patients and provide a friendly, welcoming experience Assist with patient check-in and patient flow Prepare treatment rooms and chiropractic tables Set patients up for therapies as directed by the doctor Assist with spinal decompression and therapeutic modalities Clean and sanitize tables and equipment between patients Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and stocked Assist the doctor during patient care as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with patients Help maintain an efficient flow during busy patient hours Assist the front desk when needed Perform general administrative and office duties Learn and properly use our scheduling and office software What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with people Dependable and punctual Professional in appearance and communication Positive and energetic Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on their feet throughout the workday Comfortable learning technology and new office systems Able to follow instructions and office procedures A team player willing to help wherever needed Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required: Chiropractic office Medical office Physical therapy Massage or wellness office Fitness or personal training Customer service We will train the right candidate.
