$70,000 - $86,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Stanton, California . This clinic has a strong manual therapy focus , making manual therapy a significant part of patient care rather than relying primarily on exercise-based treatment. The PTA will work one-on-one with patients during the first 30 minutes of each visit before handing off to an aide for the remainder of the session. Patients typically spend approximately one hour in the clinic. Position Highlights Full-time salaried position $75,000 - $86,000 annual salary Outpatient orthopedic setting Strong emphasis on manual therapy One-on-one patient care for the first 30 minutes Support from an aide for the remainder of the session Typical schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday 8-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch Some flexibility to stay later when needed Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required Recent and ongoing manual therapy experience strongly preferred Outpatient orthopedic/manual therapy experience is highly preferred No strict minimum number of years of experience required Candidates with only older manual therapy experience from school, SNF, or home health settings may not be a good fit Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology and workflows Ability to work effectively with an EMR that includes AI-assisted documentation Strong communication and patient-care skills Benefits Health insurance through Anthem or Kaiser HMO/PPO plans Employer/employee 50/50 health insurance contribution HSA/FSA options Dental insurance through MetLife Vision insurance through Anthem PTO starting at 10 days in year one , increasing up to 15 days 5 paid sick days 6 paid holidays Approximately $1,000/year continuing education support , including MedBridge 401(k) program PTA license renewal reimbursement CPR renewal reimbursement Regular team-building activities Company-wide events throughout the year Schedule Monday-Friday Typical schedules include: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM 8:00 AM-5:00 PM The clinic operates between approximately 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM .
