Core Responsibilities at Colorado Physio Clinic Deliver hands-on therapy under PT direction, implementing treatment plans and assisting with exercises and modalities. Maintain ongoing, transparent communication about patient status, collaborating in case meetings and team check-ins to optimize care. Thoroughly document patient progress, updating PTs on results, barriers, and new needs. Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate instructions, fostering trust and longevity in the therapeutic relationship. Contribute ideas, show initiative, and support a positive clinic culture built on respect and shared learning. Desired Qualifications Graduation from an accredited PTA program; eligible for Colorado PTA licensure. Commitment to honest communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments where you help define success. New grads and experienced PTAs welcome—mentorship and feedback will support clinical growth.
