Colorado Injury & Wellness - Colorado Springs, CO (Old Colorado City) Full-Time | In-Person Colorado Injury & Wellness , an upscale and rapidly growing chiropractic clinic located in the heart of Old Colorado City, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally and efficiently Schedule appointments and manage patient flow throughout the day Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records Verify and understand insurance benefits and communicate coverage information to patients Assist patients with intake paperwork and office communication Maintain accurate patient records within the EHR system Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient office operations Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming office atmosphere Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients throughout the day Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office setting Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to learn insurance verification and payment collection processes Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented Benefits Bonus opportunities Paid holidays Paid vacation Early Fridays for extended weekends If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of a positive, health-focused environment with a strong community reputation, we encourage you to apply.
