Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Full Job Description Earn Extra Income:
Professional Home Health Care Colorado Springs is hiring a PRN PTA Therapist to make home visits in the Colorado Springs and/ or Pueblo, and Pueblo West areas. Position is prn, per visit. Experience in homecare preferred but we do offer a great training program if you are new to the field of homecare. New grads welcome!

Qualification:
  • Current Colorado Physical Therapy Assistant license
  • Valid Driver's license, clean MVR, and proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check
  • Assessment skills
  • Computer skills Responsibilities and Duties include:
  • Makes home visits and provides care ordered by the physician under a plan established by the PT.
  • Assess patients' condition; reports findings to PT, office and physician; obtains orders for new needs, and implements the PT care plan.
  • Completes required documentation that makes evident patient/family needs, interventions, and progress in accordance with clinical, quality, and regulatory requirements.
