Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing patient centered treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT; and coordinating patient care with the Physical Therapist and Clinical Director. You will also instruct the patients, caregivers, and family members on skills/exercise techniques of the physical therapy treatment. A full job description can be provided upon request. Time or Part-Time :
$25.50 - $30.50/hr based on experience
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus:
Up to $12,000 , based on eligibility and employment status. Schedule Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts Day shifts No weekends Typical clinic hours range from 7 am to 6 pm, depending on shift.

Work Location:
In person Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team Oriented Graduate of an associate degree/two-year Physical Therapist Assistant Program approved by Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapist Assistant Education Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado Pelvic Floor Certification Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required New grads are welcome A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position
PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY
Consistent with published industry PDC norms or minimally: Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from Floor to waist Waist to shoulder Shoulder to overhead Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50' Pushing -routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys Sustaining a grip -routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50# Guarding a "lift load" routinely of 120-140#
