Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Chiropractic Assistant plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care by supporting rehabilitation services and maintaining an organized, professional clinic environment. This position focuses on guiding patients through prescribed traction, exercise, and home care programs while ensuring the rehab area and clinical supplies are well maintained.
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up and assist patients with traction protocols as directed by the provider Guide patients through prescribed rehab exercises with proper form and safety Educate and reinforce patient home care instructions to support treatment outcomes Monitor patient flow in the rehab area to ensure efficiency and positive experience Communicate patient feedback or concerns to the provider when appropriate Track and manage inventory of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Assist with ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels Perform light cleaning and organization of the rehab floor to maintain a professional and welcoming environment Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and ready for patient use To be considered for this position, please complete both steps below: Email Dr Hicks at and leave a detailed message explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this role. Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Interest in health, fitness, or rehabilitation preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods Ability to assist patients with positioning and equipment setup Ability to lift and carry light to moderate equipment (Cannot have any lifting or repetitive movement restrictions)

Fast-paced, patient-centered chiropractic, nutrition, and rehabilitation clinic Team-oriented culture focused on health outcomes and patient experience
Work Hours:
Monday:
7:30am-1:00pm and 2:30pm-6pm
Tuesday:
10:30am-1:00pm and 2:30pm-6pm
Wednesday:
7:30am-1:00pm and 2:30pm-6pm
Thursday:
10:30am-1:00pm and 2:30pm-6pm
Friday:
7:30am-1:00pm Key Attributes for
