About us Results Matter Therapy is a family owned pediatric home therapy company in Denver and Northern Colorado. We are supportive, collaborative, creative and our goal is to allow therapists to do what they love, serving children, while we take care of the rest. Our hope is that by focusing on just providing therapy and not having to worry about billing, insurance, authorizations, and other administrative responsibilities our therapists can spend more time with their friends and family while still getting compensated at competitive rates. Our work environment includes:
Growth opportunities Flexible working hours Relaxed atmosphere We are seeking Certified Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists (as well as COTAs & PTAs) to join our team and provide home pediatric therapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with physical, cognitive, emotional, and/or social impairments. This position requires a compassionate individual who is able to effectively collaborate with other professionals and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and other interventions. Administer standardized tests and assessments to evaluate patient's abilities and progress. Educate patients and families on the use of assistive devices, home programs, and safety precautions. Document patient progress in accordance with regulations and standards. Maintain a safe environment for pediatric patients.
Pay:
From $75.00 per hour
