• 36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Civita Care Center at Milford.

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide hands-on therapy while helping residents improve mobility, build strength, and work toward greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce therapeutic exercises, safe movement techniques, and mobility strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $33
