  • 36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Civita Care Center at Newington.
Work closely with licensed Physical Therapists while providing hands-on treatment that supports residents in building strength, improving movement, and achieving their rehabilitation goals. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, transfers, and functional mobility Carry out established treatment plans based on individual resident needs and goals Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce exercises and safe mobility techniques with residents and caregivers Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively with therapy, nursing, and other healthcare professionals What We Offer $33
