Why You'll Love Working at FYZICAL Gain valuable clinical experience working alongside licensed Physical Therapists Be part of a positive, collaborative team culture Learn about orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation Work with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and technology Make a real impact by helping patients achieve their goals Opportunities for professional growth within the organization What You'll Do As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll support both our clinical and front office teams by: Prepare treatment areas before and after patient visits Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with patient flow Assist patients on and off therapy and exercise equipment Demonstrate exercises and equipment use as directed by the Physical Therapist Set up and put away treatment equipment Clean and disinfect treatment tables, equipment, and therapy areas throughout the day Assist with patient preparation before treatment sessions Monitor clinic supplies and help maintain inventory Complete laundry and linen duties Help maintain therapy equipment and report maintenance needs Assist with patient scheduling and front desk support when needed Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Help create a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for every patient What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required College coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Biology, or a healthcare-related field preferred Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare or physical therapy is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with equipment setup Why FYZICAL?
