Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.Therapeutic Interventions:
Implement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and assistive device training.Patient Education:
Educate patients and families on techniques to improve functional skills and independence.Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions.Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Infection Control:
Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.Requirements:
Certification:
Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida.Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of experience hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab facility is required.Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.Professionalism:
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.Transportation:

Compensation Range:
$19.00 to $28.50 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
