What This Job Actually Looks Like Balance Caseloads (Averaging 12-14 patients a day) Flexible schedule available due to expanded clinic hours Collaborative environment with direct access to leadership AI Assisted technology to reduce Documentation time Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$75,000 total revenue(based on experience) Bonus potential available the first year 401(k) with 3% employer match Health insurance (50% employer contribution) Paid time off & paid holidays Flexible scheduling Clinical Support & Growth Paid 1:1 mentorship CEUs provided at no cost through FYZICAL College Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercise Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on continued care and home programs Document outcomes and communicate with the care team Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Active Florida PTA license 2+ years outpatient experience preferred (strong new grads considered)
