• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Pool/PRN
• to support our acute care rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist Physical Therapists in delivering evidence-based interventions that help patients regain mobility, restore function, and achieve their highest level of independence.

• Acute Physical Therapist Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• + Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.

+ Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional ADL (Activities of Daily Living) mobility interventions. + Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist. + Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. + Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions. + Adhere to infection control and hospital policies.

• Qualifications:

• + Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Requirements:

• + BLS (Basic Life Support) + PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) + Or PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) Temporary and licensure within 6 months + Required Associate's Physical Therapy + Preferred 1-year Physical Therapy Assistant
