Role:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Per Diem, you will work on a per-diem basis to provide physical therapy services to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Conducting physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Educating patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and exercises Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
