We are looking for a motivated, energetic, caring, and people-oriented Chiropractic Technician to join our team. No previous chiropractic experience is required. We will provide the training you need to learn our systems, procedures, therapies, and patient-care protocols. We are looking for the right person, not necessarily someone with previous chiropractic experience. Position Overview The Chiropractic Technician works alongside our doctors and care team to assist with patient care and therapeutic services. You will receive hands-on training in chiropractic care procedures, SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy, spinal decompression, and other wellness therapies. As you develop your skills and experience, there may be opportunities to receive additional training and become certified in other therapies and technologies. Responsibilities Assist doctors with patient care and treatment protocols Prepare patients for chiropractic care and therapeutic procedures Assist with SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy Assist with spinal decompression therapy Learn and perform additional therapies as trained Follow established clinical procedures and protocols Prepare and position patients for therapies Monitor patients during therapies and communicate with the doctor when necessary Provide patients with a warm, professional, and positive experience Build strong relationships with patients Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Properly prepare and maintain therapy areas and equipment Participate in ongoing training and team development Work closely with doctors, treatment coordinators, and other team members Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment Training Provided Previous chiropractic experience is not required.

We will train you on:

Chiropractic care procedures SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy Spinal decompression Patient preparation and positioning Therapy protocols Clinical procedures Patient communication Equipment and technology Office systems and procedures Additional therapies as opportunities become available We believe that technical skills can be taught.
