In this vital role, you will support the treating chiropractor by providing excellent patient service, assisting with therapeutic procedures, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a patient-centered environment dedicated to rehabilitating injured patients through chiropractic care and therapy. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:30a-6:30p with lunch from 1-2p. Duties Welcome patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with therapy procedures to ensure accurate documentation. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for chiropractic procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Assist chiropractors during therapy by positioning patients and applying therapeutic modalities under supervision. Supervise patients while they are performing therapeutic exercises. Manage patient records accurately, update charts, and document treatment details in compliance with doctor-instructed treatment plans. Support clinic operations by scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and coordinating follow-up visits. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and assisting with inventory management of supplies. Assist with front desk tasks as needed. Some travel may be required. Other duties as needed. Skills Strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient service and care with a positive attitude. Ability to communicate with the chiropractor and follow the chiropractors orders Prior experience in therapy/clinic settings, especially in chiropractic or physical rehabilitation, is highly desirable. Great communication skills to work cooperatively with the doctor, co-workers, and supporting staff. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in fast-paced settings. Spanish speaking is a plus.
