Maintain electronic health records (EHR) by entering patient information, updating treatment notes, and managing documentation securely Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing clear information about services, appointment times, and insurance procedures Assist with insurance third-party billing processes, including verifying coverage and submitting claims accurately Support revenue cycle management by processing payments, co-pays, and explaining billing statements to patients Facilitate internal communication among staff members to coordinate schedules, share updates, and ensure seamless clinic operations Perform data entry tasks related to patient records, appointment logs, and insurance claims with precision and attention to detail Qualifications Previous administrative experience within healthcare settings is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and scheduling tasks Knowledge of managed care processes and health insurance policies to assist with billing and client inquiries Strong understanding of medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) management systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Experience in insurance third-party billing, revenue cycle management, and data entry is advantageous Ability to manage schedules efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Exceptional writing skills for accurate documentation and correspondence Basic typing skills for quick data entry with high accuracy Join us in creating a supportive environment where patients feel cared for from their first visit through ongoing treatment.
