Moxie Orthopedic and Balance Center - Sarasota, FL Part-Time | Opportunity for Full-Time $31-$35 per hour Moxie Orthopedic and Balance Center is looking for a motivated and personable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient physical therapy team in Sarasota. This position is ideal for a PTA who enjoys working with orthopedic and balance patients and wants to be part of a clinic focused on providing individualized, high-quality care in a positive and professional environment. Position Highlights $31-$35/hour , based on experience Part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time if interested Outpatient orthopedic and balance-focused caseload Supportive, team-oriented clinic environment Modern clinic with a wide variety of rehabilitation and exercise equipment Opportunity to work with patients across a broad range of orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility diagnoses What We're Looking For Applicants must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida or eligible for Florida licensure. Experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or balance training is a plus , including experience treating patients with: General orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation Joint replacement Balance and gait dysfunction Fall-risk reduction General strengthening and functional mobility deficits We are especially interested in a PTA who is comfortable progressing therapeutic exercise, providing hands-on patient care, communicating effectively with supervising physical therapists, and developing strong relationships with patients.
