Compensation & Bonus Opportunities Base Pay:

What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs Provide manual therapy techniques as directed Educate patients on home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the Physical Therapist Document patient care and outcomes efficiently Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture What We're Looking For Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for Florida licensure Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and patient engagement skills Passion for providing hands-on, patient-centered care Interest in outpatient orthopedics, balance, vestibular rehabilitation, or wellness New graduates welcome to apply Build Your Future with
