Full-Time About the Opportunity An established, growing chiropractic and wellness practice in Atlanta is seeking an assertive, energetic, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator and Chiropractic Assistant. This is not a passive front-desk position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading conversations, managing a busy schedule, collecting payments, educating patients, and helping people stay committed to their recommended care. The right person will be confident, upbeat, dependable, and capable of creating an exceptional experience from the moment a patient enters the office. You should enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable balancing patient care with administrative responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Welcome every patient with energy, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm Manage incoming calls, text messages, appointment requests, and patient questions Schedule new and existing patients accurately and efficiently Schedule multiple future appointments at one time based on the patient's recommended care plan Confidently address scheduling concerns and common objections when patients are hesitant to reserve future appointments Help patients understand the importance of consistency while remaining respectful and never using high-pressure tactics Maintain an organized schedule and proactively identify gaps, missed appointments, and opportunities to improve patient follow-through Collect copays, patient balances, and other payments accurately and professionally Discuss financial information with confidence, discretion, and attention to detail Maintain accurate patient records and complete required administrative tasks Assist the chiropractor and clinical team with patient flow and basic office procedures Support a smooth, efficient, and positive patient experience throughout each visit Follow up with missed appointments, inactive patients, and prospective new patients Participate in community outreach events where the team educates the public about chiropractic care Help coordinate event materials, registrations, leads, and follow-up Capture appropriate office and event content for social media Assist with creating and publishing engaging social media posts Help maintain a clean, professional, organized, and welcoming office environment Protect patient privacy and follow all office procedures and applicable HIPAA requirements The Person We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you are: Assertive, confident, and comfortable taking the lead in conversations High-energy, positive, and naturally engaging Warm and compassionate while still able to maintain boundaries and expectations Comfortable discussing money, collecting payments, and explaining balances Confident scheduling patients for multiple appointments Able to address concerns and objections without becoming uncomfortable or backing away from the conversation Highly organized and able to manage several priorities at once Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with patients A strong verbal and written communicator Comfortable creating basic social media content Willing to participate in community events and occasionally work outside normal office hours Motivated by goals, accountability, and measurable results Able to remain calm and professional when the office becomes busy A team player who takes initiative and does not wait to be told what needs attention What Success Looks Like A successful person in this role: Helps patients feel welcomed, known, and cared for Keeps the schedule organized and appropriately filled Confidently schedules patients according to their recommended frequency Follows up consistently when patients miss appointments or fall off their care plan Handles payments accurately and professionally Supports an efficient patient flow Contributes ideas and energy to community events and social media Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without repeated reminders Helps create the kind of service experience that patients want to tell others about Must be able to work the hours the clinic is open:
