This role offers flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality lymphedema care in the home health setting. Pay (1099 - Flat Rate) $120 per evaluation / reassessment $90 per treatment visit Schedule PRN / Per Diem No minimum visits or fixed schedule Accept assignments based on your availability Visit frequency and time in the home must follow the patient's plan of care Responsibilities Perform lymphedema evaluations, reassessments, and treatment visits in patients' homes Deliver evidence-based lymphedema care per physician orders and plan of care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate patient progress and clinical findings to support continuity of care Coordinate care with other disciplines involved in the patient's treatment Maintain compliance with professional standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Georgia license as PTA. Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) (LANA-recognized program required) 1+ year of home health experience (lymphedema experience preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong documentation and computer skills Bilingual skills a plus Independent Contractor (1099) This is a true 1099 independent contractor position Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses No uniforms or equipment provided; clinicians must supply their own scrubs or professional attire Patient supplies will be provided Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 30 lbs Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting during patient care activities Apply today!
