Advanced Home Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in providing clinic-based and ALF/ILF-based clinical therapy services in our Cumming, and potentially Dawsonville locations, where you will be treating a mostly older adult/geriatric patient population. Job Responsibilities:

Provide Therapy Treatment to patients with various disabilities and/or injuries, assist Physical Therapist in implementing the POC, as well as providing input on patient presentation, communicating closely with the PT and other clinicians, and recording daily documentation of treatment sessions.

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour.
