The PTA will work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to our residents and patients. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, and strength Document patient progress accurately and timely Communicate effectively with therapy team, nursing staff, patients, and families Maintain compliance with all facility and state guidelinesQualifications:
