Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. You will assist the chiropractor in various tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while fostering a welcoming environment for patients. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Conduct patient assessments by gathering medical history and understanding their needs. Provide support during chiropractic treatments, including preparing treatment rooms and assisting with therapeutic exercises. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to promote overall health. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to enhance patient experience. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic to ensure a professional atmosphere. Qualifications Strong patient service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is preferred to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments while demonstrating empathy and understanding of their conditions. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining patient records and clinic operations. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving patient care practices. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to grow in this field.
