Requirements Current Georgia PT/PTA license in good standing Licensure in both Georgia and South Carolina preferred , or willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure Graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance Willingness to work in both clinic and mobile/home-based settings Ability to travel to patients' homes and community locations as needed Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team Timely and accurate completion of patient documentation Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility conditions Ability to safely assist patients with transfers, gait, balance, exercises, and functional mobility Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Preferred Georgia and South Carolina licensure Experience with geriatric or adult rehabilitation Experience with home-based/mobile therapy Experience with fall prevention, balance, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation What We're Looking For Our ideal clinician is reliable, flexible, compassionate, and a team player .
