Homestead Chiropractic is a growing prenatal, pediatric and family-focused chiropractic practice in Bettendorf, Iowa. We exist to restore hope, build capacity and help individuals and families understand the power they hold within their own bodies. This is a full-time, cross-trained Care Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant position. This is not a traditional medical assistant position, and previous chiropractic or medical experience is not required. We'll teach you about chiropractic and the nervous system. We'll teach you our systems and processes. What we're looking for is harder to teach: Ownership- Follow-through

- Coachability You'll work across the day-to-day operations of Homestead, helping protect both the practice-member experience and the details that keep the business moving.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Practice-Member Experience Welcome and connect with individuals, children and families Support new practice members through their first visits Scheduling and patient communication Help practice members understand office processes and their care Create thoughtful, personal touchpoints Support smooth patient flow during busy clinic shifts Details + Execution Accurate paperwork and documentation Scheduling details and special appointments Follow-ups and communication Updating trackers and internal systems Lead and new-patient tracking Review-request follow-through Supporting growth and conversion tracking Opening, closing and daily operational responsibilities Catching details before they become problems You can bring ideas to the table, but your superpower is turning ideas into execution. Growth + Community Support External community and marketing events Internal practice-member events and campaigns Workshop and event logistics Lead follow-up and organization Occasional participation in Homestead social-media content You will not be responsible for fully managing our social media, but you should be comfortable with social platforms and participating in occasional photos, videos, Reels or other brand content. ___________________________________________YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON

SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, in-person position with a nontraditional four-day clinic schedule.Monday:
9:30 AM-1:30 PM + 3:00 PM-8:00PM Tuesday:
12:00 PM-7:00PM Wednesday:
9:30 AM-12:30 PM + 3:00 PM-6:00PM Thursday:
9:30 AM-2:30 PM + 3:00 PM-7:00 PM Because we serve people and close the office together, exact end times may occasionally vary. Additional scheduled training may occur outside normal clinic hours, including Tuesday mornings, lunch periods or occasional Friday mornings. Required training time is tracked and compensated. Team members are also expected to participate in pre-scheduled community/marketing events, approximately 2-3 internal Homestead events each quarter, and possible team or professional-development travel approximately 1-2 weekends per year. ___________________________________________COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

$18-$20/hourPlus:
