Job Summary:
We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office seeking a Chiropractic Medical Assistant & Transcriber to join our professional team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is passionate about health and wellness, and has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Who You Are:
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys routine and consistency and is not bored by repetitive, focused work on the computer. You prefer clear expectations, a structured day, and working independently with minimal interruptions. You are organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable communicating clearly and professionally when needed.
What You'll Do:
Audit and manage daily schedules While supporting patient visit flow; massage, corrective therapy and decompression Maintain clean and organized treatment areas Laundry duties Perform light cleaning Assist doctors during patient visits and anticipate their needs Escort patients to treatment rooms Prepare patients for chiropractic adjustments Transcribe doctor's findings and adjustments into treatment notes with accuracy Support the chiropractor during procedures (as needed) Build rapport and connect quickly with patients Must be able to strike up a conversation but also transition to the next task
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes rapidly Typing proficiency and the ability to follow verbal instruction quickly Abilty to be proactive Previous customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication Outgoing, personable, and a team player Professional appearance and demeanor Chiropractic Medical Assistant & Transcriber Schedule This position requires strict adherence to the following schedule, with no deviations: Monday

    8:45 AM
  • 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM
  • 6:15
PM Friday:
8:45AM
  • 1:15
