Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA Come join the SMC team! Shoshone Medical Center, located in Kellogg, Idaho, is right in the middle of the Fabulous Silver Valley! Requirements:

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Physical therapist Assistant Idaho license required, have current CPR certification. Must exhibit professionalism, excellent customer service.
