Job Description Wholesome Chiropractic, PLLC is seeking an upbeat, enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and loves to serve people with a compassionate heart. Candidates should have a strong background in customer service with a positive, open-minded attitude. Candidates should also be willing to challenge old belief patterns around health and wellness. The right candidate will support the team with enthusiasm in patient intakes, patient evaluations, phone calls, billing, execution and coordination of marketing events, and collaboration with community outreach initiatives. This individual will be responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and be expected to deliver high-quality performance on a consistent basis. We are seeking a loyal individual who seeks a position of longevity.Pay:
$18-22 per hourCompensation & Growth Opportunity:

Compensation for this role is designed to evolve as you develop within the position and become an integral part of our team. The first 30 days will serve as a mutual introductory period, allowing both you and our office to ensure alignment in expectations, values, and overall fit. From there, compensation may be adjusted based on your ability to confidently step into the role, meet outlined responsibilities, and demonstrate consistency in performance and care for our patients. Clear expectations and measurable benchmarks will be provided to support both accountability and growth in this role. We are committed to supporting your growth, both personally and professionally. A formal review will take place at the 6-month mark, where additional opportunities for compensation increases will be considered based on continued development, contribution to the team, and alignment with our mission and standards of care. - New patient intake
- Patient evaluations including X-rays
- Patient education
- Reception duties
- Billing
- Marketing events

- Incoming and outbound phone calls
- Control and oversee patient flow Experience you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- preferred, but not required: experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of performing with excellence
- Strong communication capabilities, including the ability to deescalate intense situations
- Strong process-orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast pace, high energy environment
- Ability to quickly create solutions in high pressure situations
- Excellent memorization skills
- This position is not your typical health and wellness office position!
