The Position As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside Physical Therapists and the broader rehabilitation team to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients while working for an organization that prioritizes quality care and provides its clinicians with the resources and support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing treatment according to the Physical Therapist's established plan of care Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities Assisting patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional training Monitoring and documenting patient progress Communicating changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist Educating patients and families regarding exercises and treatment recommendations Collaborating with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team Schedule Four 10-hour shifts Enjoy a consistent schedule that provides three days off each week and an excellent work-life balance. Compensation $48.00-$52.00 per hour At this rate, a full-time 40-hour schedule provides annualized base compensation of approximately $99,840-$108,160, before any additional compensation or benefits. Relocation assistance may also be available for qualified candidates moving to North Idaho. Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Idaho PTA license OR ability to obtain Idaho licensure Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and the rehabilitation team New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply.
