Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support personalized rehab programs for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you'll implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to help patients restore independence and quality of life. You'll document progress in EMR systems, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
