Guide residents through targeted therapeutic exercises, balance work, and mobility training. Accurately track and document patient progress and treatment outcomes. Partner with nursing, therapy, and facility staff to ensure holistic, team-based care. Qualifications Active state license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
