This is an active, patient-facing role—not a front-desk position. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has an interest in movement and rehabilitation, and can confidently encourage patients while maintaining proper technique and safety.

$18 per hour

Job Type:

Part-time What You'll Do Assist patients with doctor-prescribed stretching, mobility and strengthening programs Demonstrate exercises and observe patients for proper form Follow established rehabilitation instructions and treatment protocols Set up patients for spinal traction Provide electrical stimulation and therapeutic ultrasound after training Document completed exercises and therapies Notify the treating doctor of patient difficulties, concerns or progress Prepare treatment spaces before each patient Clean and sanitize tables and equipment Help keep the rehabilitation area organized and safe Encourage patients and help them remain consistent with their care Assist with patient flow and other clinical-floor duties when needed All services are performed under the direction of the treating doctor. This position does not diagnose patients or independently create treatment plans. Who Would Be a Good Fit? We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, compassionate and encouraging Dependable and able to follow a consistent schedule Comfortable demonstrating exercises and working closely with patients Attentive to instructions, proper technique and patient safety Organized and able to follow established clinical procedures Comfortable learning therapeutic equipment Able to protect confidential patient information Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and demonstrate exercises throughout the shift Education or experience in physical therapy, chiropractic care, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, rehabilitation or personal training is preferred but not required. Kinesiology taping experience is helpful. We are willing to train a dependable candidate with the right personality and interest in patient care.

Regular Schedule Monday:

8:20 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:40-6:00 p.m. Tuesday 12:00pm-5:00pm

Wednesday:

8:20 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:40-6:00 p.m.

Friday:
