Looking to hire a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician. Job responsibilities include assisting patients with exercises, modalities and overall patient care. Techs are expected to assist the Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants in treating patients conditions or injuries, as well as completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists. All technician training is provided onsite. Techs are also trained in answering the phone and patient scheduling to assist the front office staff if needed. Full-time technicians schedule includes Monday-Friday, no weekends, with potentially 3 full work days and 2 half days. We are needing a reliable and consistent applicant. Part-time technicians can expect at least 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday, depending on applicant availability. Pay will be contingent on previous experience. This clinic is a fast-paced environment with a high patient load. The applicant must be able to multitask, have excellent communication skills, adaptability to changes and work-related situations, compassion, respect, and empathy for patients, ability to accept corrections and constructive criticism, and works well with others. High school diploma is required. Previous experience as a physical therapy technician is preferred, but not required. Pay range is assessed on applicants experience and capabilities at time of interview/hiring.
