This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical administrative support, ensuring patients receive exceptional service throughout their treatment. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as ChiroHD. Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate follow-up visits, and manage clinic calendars to optimize patient flow. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about services and appointment availability while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Assist with medical documentation review, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Support medical billing and coding processes by understanding CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases), and ICD coding standards for accurate claim submission. Maintain organized medical records, files, and electronic health records (EHR), ensuring all documentation aligns with health information management standards. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, typing, and managing office supplies to support daily clinic operations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate care plans and ensure seamless communication between clinical staff and patients. Qualifications Preferred experience in a medical office setting or clinic environment, specifically within chiropractic or dental clinics. Strong computer skills with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like ChiroHD or similar platforms. Knowledge of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), insurance processes including Medicare and health insurance policies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Familiarity with medical terminology, health information management practices, and clinical confidentiality policies. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and medical records management. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times. Strong communication skills for effective phone communication and patient interaction; office experience is highly valued. Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9-6pm with a one hour lunch break.

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
