Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time or Part-Time | Paducah, KY Atlas Kids, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while growing your career in a collaborative, therapist-focused environment. At Atlas Kids, you'll work with children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing evidence-based, child-centered care that helps children build strength, confidence, mobility, and independence while supporting families every step of the way. Your Role Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide hands-on therapy focused on strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait training, and gross motor development Utilize engaging, play-based interventions to support participation, functional progress, and developmental milestone achievement Collaborate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team to monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriate Educate and partner with families and caregivers to encourage carryover and continued success at home and in the community Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
