Epic Physical Therapy is seeking individuals who are interested in working and gaining valuable experience in a healthcare environment. We are especially interested in those seeking to further their education towards a career in the areas of Physical Therapy, Physician Assisting, Nursing, Radiology Technology, Respiratory Therapy and other allied health careers. This position greatly benefits students who are interested in working in an orthopedic private practice as a PT tech at our clinics in Gretna and Belle Chasse, LA. We offer flexible schedules and are open Monday thru Thursday 7:00 AM - 6:00PM and Fridays 7:00AM - 12:00 PM. A technician assists in the implementation of physical therapy treatment that is dictated by the Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). A tech is responsible for the flow of the clinic and assists with activities such as cleaning equipment and treatment rooms, preparing treatment areas, and assisting patients while in the clinic.
