This opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about patient care and eager to advance their clinical skills in an orthopedic setting. With strong mentorship, a commitment to continuous learning, and a supportive team environment, we provide the ideal setting for both personal and professional growth. What You Will Do Work closely under the guidance of physical therapists to deliver high-quality patient care. Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and contribute to clinical documentation. Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation practices. Educate patients and families on at-home care and exercise programs. Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas. Support patient follow-up to encourage long-term recovery and care compliance. Who You Are Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a PTA in the state of practice. Experience in outpatient orthopedics is a plus—but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communicator who builds positive relationships with patients, families, and team members. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic.
