Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at The Orchards at Harper Woods, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team, working closely with our Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Pay starts at $28.00 per hour and increases based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapist in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions Perform physical therapy treatments, exercises, and activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist Monitor and record patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment, adhering to infection control protocols and departmental policies
Requirements:
Education:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Experience:
Minimum of 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
Certification:
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in
MI Work Environment:
