Chiropractic Assistant Wellness Wave Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask effectively, and takes pride in getting the small details right.

The Most Important Qualification:

Attention to Detail Accuracy is critical in this role. You'll be handling patient scheduling, insurance information, payments, and assisting with patient care. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, attentive, and committed to doing things correctly the first time. Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate patient information Assist the doctor with patient therapies and treatment flow Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and insurance companies Perform general administrative and computer-related tasks Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail (required) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment Dependable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Previous medical or chiropractic office experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
