Chiropractic Assistant - Scheduling & Patient Care Coordinator Alive Health Family Chiropractic

+ Wellness is looking for an outstanding Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. Our practice helps individuals and families improve their health through chiropractic care and wellness. We are a busy, energetic office with a strong emphasis on relationships, patient education, exceptional service, and helping patients successfully follow through with their recommended care. This is much more than a traditional front-desk position. Our Chiropractic Assistant is a key member of the patient-care team and helps patients successfully navigate their schedule, care plan, financial arrangements, and overall experience in our office. What You'll Do As our Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant, you will help patients finish every visit feeling cared for, confident, and clear about what comes next.

Responsibilities include:

Checking patients out after their visits Scheduling future appointments Managing and maintaining patient schedules Helping patients stay consistent with their recommended care Recognizing missed appointments and scheduling gaps Communicating with patients regarding appointments and care Collecting payments and accurately managing patient accounts Discussing financial arrangements professionally and confidently Answering patient questions regarding their schedule and account Helping patients understand office policies and procedures Communicating concerns to the appropriate team member Supporting patient retention and follow-through Maintaining accurate records and attention to detail Working closely with doctors and the rest of the chiropractic team Helping create an exceptional experience from beginning to end Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Extremely dependable Organized and detail-oriented Warm and personable Confident talking about money and scheduling Comfortable having direct conversations when necessary Able to manage several things at once without becoming overwhelmed A strong communicator A problem solver Able to follow systems consistently Comfortable with accountability and measurable expectations Coachable and interested in personal growth A team player who notices what needs to be done and takes action This Position Requires Both Heart AND Accountability We want someone who genuinely cares about people while also understanding that helping patients sometimes means having conversations like: "Let's find a way to get you back on your recommended schedule."
