Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Technician to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. In this role, you will support the physical therapists and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Greet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceAssist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plansAdminister hot and cold packs and monitor therapeutic exercisesMaintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe clinic environmentCoordinate care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargePerform data entry, maintain patient charts, and update electronic medical recordsAnswer phones and manage electronic schedulingHandle administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, and other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent1+ years of experience in a medical or physical therapy setting preferredStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to follow instructions and assist therapists with patient careProficiency in Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferredFlexibility with work hours and availabilityAttention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skillsTeam player attitude with an energetic focus on providing the best careAdditional InformationCompetitive compensation401kMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Family-friendly work environmentInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
