Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. You will assist in various clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while enhancing the patient experience. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments. Provide excellent patient service by greeting patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of medical history. Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals. Support the team in administrative tasks as needed, including inventory management. Experience Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred to assist in patient assessments effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology to facilitate communication within the healthcare setting. Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
