In this role, you will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Duties Assist physical therapists with therapy equipment and exercises as directed. Prepare treatment areas by cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies. Educate patients on exercises and provide guidance on proper techniques. Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment. Requirements General knowledge in exercise equipment and in patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients of all ages. Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and techniques is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pay:
