Job Description

Therapy Technician (Laser & Rehabilitation) For more than 45 years, The Gleason Center has been helping West Michigan families achieve better health through personalized chiropractic and integrative care. While our legal business name is Lakeshore Integrative Health Center , our patients know us as The Gleason Center , a trusted practice focused on finding and treating the root cause of health concerns rather than simply masking symptoms. We believe every patient deserves individualized care, compassion, and an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a part-time Therapy Technician to join our team. This position has the potential to become full-time as our therapy department expands. Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

You will work one-on-one with patients throughout the day, assisting them with chiropractor prescribed therapies. Because treatments involve various areas of the body, applicants must be comfortable providing professional, respectful care while patients have treatment areas exposed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administering MLS Laser Therapy, PEMF Therapy, ultrasound, and other therapeutic modalities (paid training provided) Preparing patients for therapy and monitoring treatments Scheduling therapy appointments Completing therapy documentation and treatment records Coordinating patient flow throughout the office Answering incoming phone calls Collecting and processing patient payments Maintaining clean, organized therapy areas Providing an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment Training will be provided for all therapeutic equipment and office procedures. Training hours may vary from your regular work schedule. Qualifications Basic knowledge of human anatomy is required. Previous experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, physical therapy, athletic training, exercise science, massage therapy, or another healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Must be able to prioritize tasks and work independently after training.
